Spending a majority of his childhood and adult life as a resident of the City of Wilmington, Jerome Cuthbertson Sr. founded Global CDC for one purpose: Restoration. Through a series of partnerships and programs, Mr. Cuthbertson is looking to provide the educational resources needed spark a socioeconomic shift in not only Wilmington, but also in the surrounding areas. With over 25 years of administrative experience across several companies and platforms, Jane leads all administrative efforts within Global Community Development. As the implementation specialist, Jane is responsible for the oversight of all functions within the organization, ensuring smooth development across all of our programs.

Being a wife and mother of 3 children, Michelle understands the important role education plays in preparing our youth for the future. Approaching 15 years of teaching experience, with full certifications through the State of Delaware, Michelle brings immense knowledge, dedication, and unmatched enthusiasm to our curriculum.
HealthFit Program Lead
After struggling all her life with being overweight and living an unhealthy lifestyle, Araliz came to the realization that her life literally depended on change. Through many failed attempt at numerous "fad" diets, she ultimately learned that clean eating and exercise was the only way to go. Over the course of 15 months, she was able to lose over 100 pounds, and continues to strive to be a better version of herself. Fitness has no shape or size!
Global Learning Center Administrator
Working in the field of early childhood care since 2005, Yvonne has over a decade of experience in molding the young minds of tomorrow’s leaders. Holding her Bachelors in Elementary Education, she brings specialized knowledge grooming ages from birth to 12 years old to our administrative team. Looking to reach each child and maximize their individual potential, Yvonne’s goal is to do her part in helping them become the best they can be at Global Learning Center.
